Estimate was thorough and very detailed. Fernando, who came to clean the roof was extremely professional. I’m pretty sure, I will hire them again!

I reached out to several roofers (via Yelp). AAA-1 was the most responsive and the first to schedule an appointment to look at my roof.
The owner (Randy) came out and spent a lot of time explaining the proper care and treatment of my particular roof (tapersawn, pre-treated, cedar shake). He is extremely knowledgeable, and I actually learned a lot.

While our roof did not look bad, it had darkened over the years due to black fungus that apparently likes to grow on our type of cedar. AAA-1 recommended a two-step process of (1) cleaning the roof and then (after things had dried out), (2) applying a manufactured oil shingle treatment.

Two of Randy’s workers came out within a couple of weeks and spent most of a day pressure-washing the roof. Our roof’s pitch is VERY steep, and it was comforting to see they were well-equipped with safety harnesses and ropes – using the tie-offs along our roof’s ridge. Their cleanup was excellent. During the process, our beautiful off-white stucco house was covered in debris from the cleaning. But it was literally spotless – better than before – after they rinsed it all off.

A few weeks later, the same crew returned and applied the oil. It looks fantastic now! It is a good feeling to know that our roof has been thoroughly cleaned and treated. Randy suggested a maintenance plan (basically every 3-5 years) to do the same process. We do not get much debris on our roof, so it is mostly sun damage and the black fungus we need to address. The oil also helps prevent curling and/or splitting of the shakes.

AAA-1 also cleaned our detached gazebo and garden shed – both of which cleaned up nicely.

I highly recommend AAA-1. Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, thorough, and honest are all adjectives I’d use to describe these folks.

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, work performed and customer service we received from AAA 1 Roof Care. Gilbert did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters!! I was impressed at how much attention he paid to detail. He let me know some potential problem areas with our roof but was not pushy about. I did have to leave before he was finished so when I get home, I was pleasantly surprised at how little mess there was around our house. In fact, there was really no mess. He did a great job of cleaning everything up and our roof and gutters look awesome. Although our roof did not fall under the coupon special pricing, Angela worked with us so it was reasonable to have out roof and gutters cleaned.

I would highly recommend AAA 1 Roof Care to anyone who needs their roof and gutters cleaned. They did a fantastic job and I will use them again in the future.

Very impressed with our roof cleaning. I have always cleaned the roof myself, but after a recent injury the wife suggested maybe it was time to have someone else do it. In wanting to find a company with a good record, I used the BBB website and found AAA-1 Roof Care. The whole process was easy, and I’m very happy with the results. I will definitely be calling them to clean my roof from now on, much to my wife’s relief.
