WORK SCOPE:
- Tear off existing shingles.
- Replace any rotten or bad wood.
- Install 30 pound felt paper.
- Install drip edge where needed.
- Install pipe boots and vents.
- Install ridge vent system.
- Install galvanized flashing (chimney, walls and valleys).
- Install roofing material.
- Apply sealant wherever needed to prevent leaks.
- We give special attention to skylights.
- Clean all debris from work area.
